Public Trainings - OSHA 30-hour Construction
Course Description –
The OSHA Outreach Training Program is OSHA’s way of training workers in the basics of Occupational Safety and Health. This 30-hour OSHA outreach course assists employers in training and introducing employees to the basic practices of identifying, reducing, eliminating, and reporting hazards associated with their work in the construction industry. This course covers a broad spectrum of health and safety workplace topics that will familiarize the participant with OSHA construction standards. It is a great way to ensure that your construction workers stay safe on the job by providing them with the proper tools. Participants will become familiarized with OSHA standards, as well as safety and health hazards common to the construction site and workplace. We will also provide participants information regarding OSHA, worker’s rights, employer responsibilities, and how to file a complaint.

Who Should Attend?
The 30-hour training program is intended to provide workers in the construction industry with some safety responsibility a greater depth and variety of training: Construction Supervisors, Building Developer, Safety Directors, Managers, Foremen, and Field Supervisors.
OSHA Cards/CEU’s –
Participants will receive an OSHA 30-hour Construction course completion card in the mail upon successfully completing the course. Participants will earn 3.0 CEUs from the Florida Chamber Safety Council.
