
Lisa Rodman
Lisa Rodman is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in Human Resources and Risk Management. Currently serving as the Managing Director of HR Shared Services at CITY Furniture, Lisa is responsible for leading the strategy and execution of the company’s health and wellness benefit programs. In this role, Lisa ensures the effective selection and delivery of HR Services that support the organization’s goals and Associate well-being. Additionally, Lisa oversees the Associate Relations and Corporate Communications teams helping to ensure clear, consistent messaging across the organization while focusing on corporate culture and Associate engagement.
With a strong background in risk management and safety, Lisa has previously implemented and led teams focusing on providing a world class experience for injured Associates including a formal return-to-work program, identifying strategies to prevent injuries, ensuring compliance, and problem solving. Lisa is an active member of the company’s Safety Committee, involved in initiatives that promote a safe and secure environment for all Associates and guests.
Lisa holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminology and Sociology from Florida State University and a Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from Nova Southeastern University.
