Jody McClure, SHRM-SCP, MS-RMI has 20 years of Human Resources experience. At ABC Fine Wine & Spirits she directs the strategic side of human resources and risk management. Her experience includes consulting for companies on HR and safety initiatives, most recently at GTR Business Systems.

ABC executives and more than 1500 team members rely on her knowledge, experience and composure during a crisis to navigate company initiatives related to legal and risk management strategy. She served in a lead role during ABC’s well publicized and successful response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Her ability to inspire people and connect ideas has results in modernizing programs that have driven results while upholding fiscal responsibility and enhanced profits. During her time at ABC Fine Wine & Spirits, McClure has created a culture of safety while achieving an 81 percent workers’ compensation expense reduction.

She graduated from University of Central Florida with a bachelor’s degree in Management with course concentration in Human Resources. She holds a master’s degree from Florida State University in Risk Management & Insurance.

Her outside interests include spending time with her teenage daughters, friends and family, as well as photography, crafting, sewing, cooking, and relaxing on Florida beaches.
