Hotel Notice: The Passkey booking site to book rooms has shut down. If you need to request a new booking, modification, or cancellation, you will be directed to Disney’s Phone Team, who will be available seven days a week to assist.
A limited number of rooms have been set aside for conference attendees and exhibitors at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa and Disney’s Contemporary Resort (Sold Out). Rates for the room block is as follows:
Run of the House (Single/Double) $299/Per night
Additional Person ($18years and older) $35/Per night
Rates are subject to applicable sales and resort taxes. Subject to availability.

How to Use the Walt Disney World Monorail System
Simply wait at one of the convenient and well-marked pickup points throughout Walt Disney World Resort. Your ride will then arrive—usually within minutes—ready to transport you to a variety of destinations. Keep in mind that certain destinations are not direct; you may be required to take a connecting mode of transportation to reach your destination.
And remember: If you’re staying at Disney’s Contemporary Resort, Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa or Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort, you can enjoy convenient access to all monorail lines, right from your Disney Resort hotel.

Updated Disney COVID Protocols (as of 2/17/22)
Beginning February 17, 2022, Face coverings will be optional for fully vaccinated Guests in both outdoor and indoor locations. We expect Guests who are not fully vaccinated to continue wearing face coverings in all indoor locations, including indoor attractions and theaters.
