Exhibitor’s Information
This is the inaugural Southeastern Leadership Conference on Safety, Health + Sustainability for the Florida Chamber Safety Council. We are expecting hundreds of professionals to be in attendance. This is the perfect opportunity for safety, health, and sustainability services and product companies to showcase their products and services.
The Expo Hall will be open on Tuesday, May 11th from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm and on Wednesday, May 12th from 9:00 am to 1:30 pm. Exhibitors can set up their booths on Monday, May 10th from 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm. Move-Out will be after 1:30 pm on Wednesday, May 12th.
Exhibitor Package:
- 10′ x 10′ booth
- 6′ skirted table
- Two (2) chairs
- One (1) waste basket
- One (1) ID sign
- Carpeted Expo Hall
- Five (5) representatives per booth
- Up to two (2) lunches each day. Additional lunches are available for purchase. Plated lunch for exhibitors will be served in the Expo Hall. No outside food will be allowed at the Conference for immediate consumption.
